1. Who you're agreeing with
When you use tymeslot.app, you're entering an agreement with:

We refer to ourselves below as "we" or "Tymeslot", and to you as "you".
2. What Tymeslot does
Tymeslot is a scheduling tool. People share booking pages, others pick a slot, the meeting lands on everyone's calendars. The full feature list lives at /features.
Important: Tymeslot Core, the scheduling engine, is open source — you can self-host it under its own licence. These Terms cover the managed service at tymeslot.app only. If you're self-hosting, your relationship is with the licence, not with us.
3. Definitions
- Service
- tymeslot.app, the managed offering.
- User
- You, when you have an account.
- Booking Page
- A page you create where others can book time with you.
- Invitee
- Anyone booking time via your Booking Page (they don't need an account).
- Booking
- A meeting that's been confirmed via a Booking Page.
- Free Plan
- The no-cost tier; booking pages show "Powered by Tymeslot".
- Pro Plan
- The paid tier; branding is removed.
4. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use Tymeslot.
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account.
Accounts are personal — one human per login. If you need shared access for a small team, contact us; multi-user team accounts aren't supported yet, and we're OK with you sharing one login internally for now.
Keep the info on your account accurate.
5. Subscription plans
Free
All core scheduling, with "Powered by Tymeslot" branding on your Booking Pages.
Pro Monthly
€5 per month, billed monthly. Removes branding.
Pro Annual
€50 per year, billed annually. Removes branding.
6. Billing and renewals
- • Stripe processes all payments. We don't store your card details.
- • Monthly subscriptions renew on the same calendar day each month; annual subscriptions renew after 12 months.
- • We give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change for your plan.
7. Cancellation, refunds, and the EU 14-day right
You can cancel any time from your dashboard. You'll keep Pro features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable as a rule. One soft exception: if your annual plan auto-renewed and you haven't started using the new period, contact us — we'll usually refund.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal
EU consumer law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from the contract for digital services. By starting to use Pro features as soon as you subscribe, you agree to waive this right (this is the standard carve-out the Consumer Rights Directive allows for digital services).
8. Acceptable use
Don't use Tymeslot to:
Scrape, harvest or mass-extract data from us or from Booking Pages.
Send unsolicited messages to invitees ("schedule-spam").
Impersonate someone else.
Host or distribute illegal content, including content that infringes someone else's IP.
Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with the Service (this doesn't restrict what you can do with the open-source Core under its licence).
Schedule contact someone hasn't asked for (e.g. cold-call automation built on top of us).
9. Your data, your content
You own what you put into Tymeslot — your booking pages, your custom questions, your meeting notes. Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy .

We aim for high availability and we work hard to keep things up, but we don't offer a service-level agreement on the Free or Pro plan. If something's broken, contact us.
11. Intellectual property
The Tymeslot brand, logo and trademarks are ours. The Core source code is published under its own licence on GitHub — read that for what you can do with the code itself.
You keep ownership of your content.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Tymeslot is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law:
We aren't liable for scheduling conflicts, miscommunications, technical issues with calendar/video providers we don't control, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the greater of €100 or the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
None of this displaces mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms — abuse, security incidents, illegal content, non-payment. Where we can, we'll give you reasonable notice and a chance to fix the problem. For genuinely serious abuse (spam at scale, illegal content) we may act immediately.
You can terminate any time by closing your account from your dashboard.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will prompt you to re-accept them the next time you sign in. Smaller edits (typos, formatting) we publish silently. Each version is recorded.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. The competent court is Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Tallinn. If you're a consumer in another EU country, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your home country still apply.
16. Boilerplate
- Force majeure. We're not liable for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (large-scale outages, natural events, etc.).
- Severability. If any clause is held invalid, the rest stays in force.
- Assignment. We may assign these Terms to a successor entity (e.g. acquisition); you may not assign your rights without our consent.
- Entire agreement. These Terms (plus the Privacy Policy) are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
