Tymeslot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

• Meeting no-shows, scheduling conflicts, or miscommunications
• Technical issues affecting integrations or video quality
• Calendar synchronization delays or failures
• Data loss or service interruptions
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property and Open Source

Tymeslot is an open-source project. The source code is available under the MIT License, which allows for broad use, modification, and distribution. While the code is open source, the Tymeslot brand, trademarks, and service marks remain our property.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the service. By using the service, you grant us the necessary rights to process and store your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to Terms
