1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Tymeslot, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform is designed to provide professional scheduling services with a focus on privacy and security.
2. Subscription Plans and Billing
2.1 Free Plan
Tymeslot offers a free plan that includes all core scheduling features. The free plan displays "Powered by Tymeslot" branding on your booking pages.
2.2 Pro Plan
The Pro plan removes Tymeslot branding from your booking pages. Pro is available in two billing options:
- Monthly: €5 per month, billed monthly
- Annual: €50 per year, billed annually
2.3 Billing and Renewals
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month
- Annual subscriptions renew automatically after 12 months
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers
2.4 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. All subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
3. Service Description
Tymeslot provides an appointment scheduling platform that enables users to manage meetings, integrate with multiple calendar providers, and conduct video conferences. The service includes:
(Google, Outlook, CalDAV, Nextcloud)
Integration with multiple platforms
Reminders for all parties
Availability management across timezones
Secure account management with full control
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of Tymeslot, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the service only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the service
Respect community guidelines and the open-source spirit

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Our team works continuously to maintain and improve the platform's stability.
7. Meeting Cancellation Policy
Meetings can be cancelled or rescheduled based on the settings configured by the meeting organizer. Automated notifications are sent to all parties involved.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tymeslot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:
Scheduling conflicts or miscommunications
Technical issues affecting third-party integrations
Data loss or service interruptions beyond our control
9. Intellectual Property and Open Source
Tymeslot core is an open-source project. While the source code is available under specific licenses, the Tymeslot brand and trademarks remain our property.
You retain ownership of any data you input into the service.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Access may be suspended for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union.
