Yes. The full Tymeslot product is open source under the GNU AGPLv3. Run it on your own server with Docker, with every feature and integration, at no cost. The one obligation is share-alike: if you run a modified version as a service, your changes stay open too.
Cloud Free gives you unlimited bookings, every integration, all booking themes and the embed, fully hosted by us. Free booking pages carry a small Tymeslot footer. Cloud Pro removes it and adds automation (Slack, Telegram and webhooks), group bookings, up to 10 extra booking pages, custom booking questions, booking analytics, payments at booking and priority support.
€9 per month, or €90 per year, which saves you €18 compared with paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
Not for Cloud Free: you can use it indefinitely without one. Your first Cloud Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Checkout asks for a card, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing. If you come back to Pro later, billing starts straight away.
Yes. There are no contracts or lock-in. Cancel from your dashboard and you'll keep Pro features until the end of the period you've already paid for. Changed your mind about a new subscription? Withdraw within 14 days of its first payment, from the same page. We refund your first subscription in full; for a later one, which starts straight away at your request, we refund what you paid less the days you used.
Yes. It's the same product either way, so you can start on the managed cloud and move to your own server later, or the other way around. There's no self-service data export yet, so get in touch before you move your existing bookings and settings.
Tymeslot 1.23 to 1.25 add group bookings, availability that runs past midnight, Brazilian Portuguese, .ics import and reminder emails for meetings you add from the calendar.
