Terms and Conditions

Plain language. Fair terms. No surprises.

Last updated: October 2026

1. Who you're agreeing with

When you use tymeslot.app, you're entering an agreement with:

Diletta Luna OÜ

Sepapaja 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia
Estonian commercial registry code 14646450
VAT number EE102132685

We refer to ourselves below as "we" or "Tymeslot", and to you as "you".

2. What Tymeslot does

Tymeslot is a scheduling tool. People share booking pages, others pick a slot, the meeting lands on everyone's calendars. The full feature list lives at /features.

Important: Tymeslot Core, the scheduling engine, is open source under the GNU Affero General Public License v3, so you can host it yourself. These Terms cover the managed service at tymeslot.app only. If you host it yourself, the licence governs your use, not these Terms.

3. Definitions

Service
tymeslot.app, the managed offering.
User
You, when you have an account.
Booking Page
A page you create where others can book time with you.
Invitee
Anyone booking time via your Booking Page (they don't need an account).
Booking
A meeting requested or booked through a Booking Page.
Free Plan
The no-cost tier. Your Booking Pages carry a small Tymeslot footer, and the calendar invites we send carry a one-line Tymeslot link.
Pro Plan
The paid tier. It removes the Tymeslot branding and adds the Pro features in section 5.

4. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Tymeslot.

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything done under your account.

Multi-user team accounts aren't available yet. Until they are, you may share one login within your own organisation, and you're responsible for everyone who uses it.

Keep the info on your account accurate.

5. Subscription plans

Free

Unlimited bookings and meeting types, every calendar and video integration, all booking themes and the embed. Your Booking Pages and calendar invites carry a small Tymeslot credit.

Pro Monthly

€9 per month, billed monthly.

Pro Annual

€90 per year, billed annually.

Pro adds automation (Slack, Telegram and webhooks), group bookings, custom booking questions, booking analytics and payments at booking, and removes the Tymeslot branding. The current list is on our pricing page.

6. Billing and renewals

  • • Stripe processes all payments. We don't store your card details.
  • • Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. Checkout asks for a card, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and we remind you by email 3 days before. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
  • • Monthly subscriptions renew on the same date each month (the last day, in shorter months); annual subscriptions renew after 12 months.
  • • Prices are in euros, and VAT is added where it applies. The prices in section 5 are for new subscriptions; an existing subscription keeps the price it started on.
  • • If we change the price of your subscription, we tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
  • • If a payment fails, we email you and you keep Pro for 14 days while you update your card. If it's still unpaid after that, we cancel the subscription and your account moves to the Free plan.

7. Cancellation, refunds and your 14-day right of withdrawal

You can cancel any time on the Subscription page of your dashboard. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, or until your trial ends, and you aren't charged again.

14-day right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from the first paid subscription on your account within 14 days of its first payment, and at any time during its free trial, without giving a reason. If you withdraw, the subscription ends straight away and we refund every payment you made for it in full, to the payment method you used, within 14 days. You don't pay for the days you used.

This applies to everyone, whether or not you're a consumer. It covers the first paid subscription on an account only, not renewals or a later subscription.

To withdraw, use "Withdraw from contract here" on the Subscription page of your dashboard, shown for as long as the right lasts. Confirm your name, check the subscription and the email address we'll write to, and press "Confirm withdrawal". We email you an acknowledgement straight away, with your withdrawal and the date and time you sent it. You can also tell us through our contact form, with any clear statement that you're withdrawing. Your withdrawal is in time if you send it before the 14 days are up.

Other refunds

Apart from the right of withdrawal, payments aren't refundable, including the unused part of a period after you cancel. If an annual plan renews and you didn't mean it to, contact us within 14 days of the renewal and we'll usually refund it; the subscription then ends straight away.

8. Payments at booking

On Pro you can charge for a meeting through your own Stripe account. Your invitee pays you, not us: you're the seller, Stripe's terms apply between you and Stripe, and you're responsible for the service, its price, any tax on it and refunds to your invitees. We take a platform fee of 0.5% of each payment (at least one cent), collected by Stripe when the payment is made. If you refund a payment through Tymeslot, the fee on the refunded amount comes back to you. Refunds through Tymeslot are possible for 60 days after the payment. If your Pro plan ends, you can no longer take new payments at booking.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use Tymeslot to:

Scrape, harvest or mass-extract data from us or from Booking Pages.

Send unsolicited messages to invitees ("schedule-spam").

Impersonate someone else.

Host or distribute illegal content, including content that infringes someone else's IP.

Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with the Service (this doesn't restrict what you can do with the open-source Core under its licence).

Contact people who haven't asked to hear from you, for example by building cold-outreach automation on top of us.

Take payments at booking for anything illegal, or in breach of Stripe's terms.

10. Your data, your content

You own what you put into Tymeslot: your booking pages, your booking questions and your notes. There's no self-service export yet; ask us and we'll send you your data in a machine-readable form. Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy .

Read Privacy Policy

11. Service availability

We aim for high availability and we work hard to keep things up, but we don't offer a service-level agreement on the Free or Pro plan. If something's broken, contact us.

12. Intellectual property

The Tymeslot name, logo and trademarks are ours. The Core source code is published under the AGPL v3 on GitHub; read the licence for what you can do with the code itself. It doesn't give you rights to our name or logo.

You keep ownership of your content.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Tymeslot is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law:

We aren't liable for scheduling conflicts, miscommunications, technical issues with calendar/video providers we don't control, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the greater of €100 or the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

None of these limits (the "as is" clause, the exclusions above or the cap) applies to damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, to death or personal injury, or to any other liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

None of this displaces mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, such as abuse, security incidents or illegal content. Where we can, we'll give you reasonable notice and a chance to fix the problem. For genuinely serious abuse (spam at scale, illegal content) we may act immediately.

You can close your account at any time in your account settings. For 14 days it's frozen: your Booking Pages go offline, and signing in restores everything. After that we delete it for good. As soon as you ask, your Pro subscription stops renewing; when the account is finally deleted, a subscription still running ends straight away, and we don't refund the unused part of a period you've paid for (unless you're still within your right of withdrawal in section 7). Upcoming bookings are deleted with the account and your invitees aren't told, so let them know first. What we keep afterwards, and for how long, is in the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Every change, however small, is published as a new version, and you'll be asked to accept it before you carry on using your dashboard. We keep a record of every version and of when you accepted it.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. The competent court is Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Tallinn. If you're a consumer in another EU country, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your home country still apply, and you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.

17. Boilerplate

  • Force majeure. We're not liable for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (large-scale outages, natural events, etc.).
  • Severability. If any clause is held invalid, the rest stays in force.
  • Assignment. We may assign these Terms to a successor entity (e.g. acquisition); you may not assign your rights without our consent.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Service, unless we've signed a separate written agreement with you, which then takes precedence where the two differ.

18. Contact

For anything in these Terms, get in touch.
