Scheduling Software for Massage Therapists and Clinics
Clients choose a treatment length, pay when they book if you want them to, and get a reminder before they come. Hosted in Germany, with no advertising trackers on the page.
Updated 5 October 2026
Why do massage therapists lose bookings between treatments?
You cannot answer the phone with oil on your hands. Messages pile up during a 90-minute treatment, and by the time you reply, some clients have booked elsewhere. The ones you do reach then need a time, a treatment length and a reminder. Tymeslot puts your treatment menu and live availability on one page. Clients pick the length they want, book a free slot, and get a confirmation and a reminder without you stepping out of the room.
What a treatment room needs from its booking page
A massage diary is physical. Each treatment needs time afterwards to change the linen and air the room, and your hands and shoulders set a limit on how many deep tissue sessions you can give in a day. A booking page that ignores either fills the day with treatments you cannot do well.
An empty slot also cannot be sold twice. Tymeslot lets you take the full fee or a fixed deposit when a client books (a Pro feature on the managed service, paid into your own Stripe account), keep a buffer after every treatment, and cap the number of treatments per day so the last client gets the same pressure as the first.
Everything Massage Therapists need. Nothing they don't.
Scheduling features shaped around how your practice works.
A Treatment Menu by Length
Offer a 30-minute back and shoulders treatment, a 60-minute massage and a 90-minute deep tissue session as separate meeting types, each with its own description and link.
Time to Change the Room
Set a buffer after every treatment on your availability schedule, such as 15 minutes for linen and airing. Clients cannot book into it.
A Daily Cap That Protects Your Hands
Limit how many treatments of a type can be booked per day, week or month, for example three 90-minute deep tissue sessions a day.
Prepayment When the Client Books
On Pro, charge the full fee or a fixed deposit at booking through your own Stripe account. The slot is confirmed once payment clears, and if you cancel you can refund in the same step.
Reminders Before Each Treatment
Send reminder emails at the times you choose, such as the day before and two hours before. Each reminder repeats the time and where to come.
No Advertising Trackers
Booking pages load no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. On tymeslot.app, Google reCAPTCHA loads once a client starts the booking form, to block spam bookings. Client details are stored in Germany on the managed service, or on your own server if you self-host.
Privacy and compliance for Massage Therapists
Clients tell a massage therapist about injuries, pregnancy and long-term conditions, and that is health data, which GDPR treats as special category data. Tymeslot keeps the booking side lean: it stores only the answers to the questions you add, its pages load no advertising trackers, and you can run it on your own server.
Hosted in the EU
The managed service runs on servers in Germany. Booking pages load no advertising trackers; Google reCAPTCHA loads once a client starts the booking form, to block spam bookings.
Data processing agreement
A signed data processing agreement (DPA) comes with the Enterprise plan. The Free and Pro plans do not include one.
Self-host for full control
Run Tymeslot on your own server with Docker, Cloudron or Railway, and booking data never leaves infrastructure you control.
No HIPAA business associate agreement
Tymeslot does not sign HIPAA business associate agreements on any plan. Practices covered by HIPAA should not use it for protected health information.

How do massage therapists keep the treatment room full?
Every hour the room is empty is an hour that cannot be sold again. The aim is to make free time visible to clients the moment it exists, without you checking messages between treatments.
- Your booking page shows only real free time, so a slot freed by a cancellation can be booked by someone else right away.
- Open Saturdays for longer treatments only, by giving the 90-minute meeting type its own schedule.
- Set a minimum notice of 4 hours on short treatments, so a gap that opens in the morning can still be filled in the afternoon.
- Embed the booking page on your website, or share the link from your social profiles and business listing.
How do massage therapists stop clients booking the wrong treatment?
A client books 30 minutes and arrives expecting a full-body massage. Clear options at booking prevent the awkward conversation at the door.
- Give each treatment its own meeting type with a plain description of what it covers and how long it takes.
- Clients choose the treatment first and see only the slots long enough for it.
- Ask one or two booking questions (a Pro feature on the managed service), such as pressure preference or an area to focus on.
- The confirmation email repeats the treatment and the time, so there is no doubt on the day.
How do massage therapists reduce no-shows?
A missed 90-minute treatment is the most expensive gap in your week. Many no-shows are simply forgotten appointments, and prepayment makes the rest less likely.
- Send a reminder email the day before and another two hours before each treatment.
- On Pro, take the full fee at booking for longer treatments, so a client who has paid is unlikely to forget.
- Clients who cannot come reschedule from the link in their confirmation email, and the slot reopens for someone else.
- Write your cancellation policy in each treatment's description; Tymeslot does not enforce a deadline or charge late fees.

Intake questions
- Is this your first visit?
- Do you prefer firm, medium or light pressure?
- Is there an area you would like the treatment to focus on?
- How did you hear about us?
Keep health screening, such as pregnancy or recent injuries, for the conversation at the start of the first treatment, not the booking form. The three treatments need different minimum notice and horizons, which are set on an availability schedule, so each needs its own schedule.
Intake questions and payments at booking are part of Pro on the managed service, and free when you self-host.
