New clients book a consultation and current clients schedule their check-ins, all straight from your portfolio or website. Site visits included.
Updated August 10, 2026
A potential client finds your portfolio at 10pm on a Tuesday and wants to get in touch, but all that's there is a contact form and a multi-day wait. By the time you reply, they've enquired with two other studios. An interior design project runs for months across several kinds of meeting: discovery calls, site visits, design presentations, and ongoing check-ins. Run all of that over email and the process fragments, and clients start to feel unsure. With Tymeslot, a new enquiry books a discovery call on the spot, and an existing project client schedules their own check-in without chasing you for a slot.
Calendly, Acuity, and Squarespace's built-in scheduler were shaped around one isolated meeting, not a relationship that runs six months through consultations, on-site visits, presentations, and a monthly retainer. None of them has a real answer for charging a consultation fee that separates serious enquiries from the rest, collecting a project deposit before drawings start, or billing a recurring retainer. They also can't tell a thirty-minute video discovery apart from a half-day site visit across town, which is both a logistics gap and a money one.
The cost adds up faster than most designers expect. A studio that loses one discovery slot a week to someone who would never have paid a €40 consultation fee forfeits roughly €2,000 a year in billable studio time. A project that walks away after a free site visit can cost a day of travel and design work, easily €600 to €1,200, with no way to recover it. Mainstream tools give you no protective layer.
Tymeslot makes paid scheduling the front door to your studio. A discovery call can carry a small upfront fee, a site visit collects a travel deposit before it's confirmed, and a project client settles their initial deposit or recurring retainer through Stripe at the moment they pick a slot.
Scheduling features shaped around how your practice works.
Configure separate booking types for each project stage — discovery call, site visit, design review, and project check-in — each with the right duration and availability.
Add a booking widget to your design studio website or portfolio so new enquiries can book a discovery call the moment they decide they're interested.
Google Meet or Teams links generated automatically for remote discovery calls and design reviews — no separate coordination required.
Charge a consultation fee at the discovery call, an on-site visit fee for travel, or a project deposit before drawings start. Stripe collects payment when the slot is booked — and recurring retainers can be billed on the same flow.
Share a dedicated booking link with each active project client so they can schedule their next check-in without emailing you first.
Booking pages carry no advertising pixels or tracking scripts. Client project details and contact information are never shared with ad networks.

How other Interior Designers use Tymeslot every day.
Most interior design enquiries land outside business hours. Someone browsing your Instagram or portfolio late in the evening wants to act there and then, and a contact form with a 48-hour response window kills that momentum.
After the discovery call, the project moves through site visits, concept reviews, and design presentations. Each one runs a different length and needs different prep. Handle them all over ad-hoc email and you get gaps and last-minute scheduling stress.
Run three or four projects at once and the monthly check-in calls alone can swallow a whole day of ad-hoc scheduling. Hand each client a self-booking link and it becomes a five-second job for them.
